After reading my colleague's discussions on their action research plans, I feel mine is focused too much on changing minds and practices, and not on what I can do to create a more technology rich environment. Therefore, I may conduct my action research on professional development with hands-on, i.e. using smart phones, activities to illuminate their usefulness in the classroom.
